Where is Saulire Courchevel La Tania?
The agency is located at 404 Route du Praz Juget in Courchevel La Tania. Upon your arrival, you must go directly to the agency to complete the check-in formalities and collect the keys to your rental.
What are the arrival times?
Key collection takes place between 5pm and 7pm on Saturday and between 5pm and 6.30pm from Sunday to Friday. You have the option to arrive earlier to complete the check-in formalities and check if your apartment is ready. The keys to your accommodation will only be handed over after the balance has been paid and the security deposit has been made.
What do I do if I arrive after 7pm?
Depending on traffic conditions, the agency remains open after 7:00 PM on Saturday. In any case, if you arrive late to your accommodation in Courchevel La Tania, you must inform the agency by phone in advance. We will then provide you with the procedure to collect the keys to your apartment.
NB : Even in the event of a late arrival, you must go to Agence Saulire 404 Route du Praz Juget 73120 Courchevel La Tania to collect your keys, with the code for the key box that we will have provided to you beforehand.
When do I have to pay for my stay?
For bookings made more than one month in advance, a 30% deposit will be required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the start of your stay.
If you booked your stay less than one month before your arrival, the full amount will need to be paid at the time of booking.

What happens if I cancel my stay?
All cancellations must be notified in writing as soon as possible, either by post or by email.
