Before my stay
What does the rental amount include ?
The price of your Courchevel La Tania rental includes the rent, utility charges (heating, hot water, electricity and cold water), as well as bed linen and towels.
However, the tourist tax (between 0.90 € and 1.65 € per night and per person aged 18 and over) and the end-of-day cleaning are not included.
How do I pay for my holiday RENTAL ?
If you book more than one month before your arrival, a 30% deposit will be required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the start of your stay.
However, for bookings made less than one month before your arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
I would like to add or modify services, is that possible?
You can add or modify additional services at any time, up to 4 days before your arrival (subject to availability), either through your customer account on our secure website or by contacting us directly via email or phone.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit card (except American Express) directly online via our secure booking system, as well as by bank transfer.
We also accept payments by holiday vouchers. Please ensure they are filled out correctly.
How do I cancel my stay, and what are the fees?
All cancellations must be notified in writing as soon as possible (by post or email).
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, and cancellation fees will apply depending on the cancellation date.

Can I rent accommodation with flexible dates?
Our accommodations are available for weekly rentals only.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted in our rentals unless "PETS ALLOWED" is mentioned in the apartment description.
Tips for a stress-free arrival
To make your arrival in the mountains easier, we recommend preparing specific equipment for your vehicle, such as snow chains or tire socks, and practicing how to install them before you leave.
Also, don't forget to keep a flashlight and a pair of gloves handy in case you need to install them at night.
I don't have any ski equipment, what should I do?
Take advantage of a 20% discount with our partner Sport 2000. As your arrival date approaches, you will receive a link by email allowing you to book your equipment on their website while benefiting from the discount.
How can I get ski passes?
Say goodbye to long lines at the lift ticket counters! Order your ski passes directly from your customer account, by email, or by phone, and we’ll have them ready for you.
Make sure to let us know your first skiing day, the duration, your age, and whether you wish to purchase insurance. Your ski passes will be available upon your arrival at the agency, along with the keys to your apartment.

During my stay
How do I collect the keys to my accommodation?
To collect your keys, please go to Agence Saulire at 404 Route du Praz Juget, 73120 Courchevel. Apartments are available from 5:00 PM. However, you can arrive earlier to complete the check-in formalities and check if your apartment is ready. The keys will only be handed over once the security deposit has been made and the remaining balance has been paid.
What if I am delayed on arrival?
Depending on traffic conditions, the agency remains open after 7:00 PM on Saturday. In any case, if you are arriving late to your accommodation in Courchevel La Tania, you must inform the agency by phone in advance. We will then inform you of the procedure to collect the keys to your apartment.
Note: Even in the case of a late arrival, you must go to Agence Saulire to collect your keys with the code for the key box, which we will have provided to you beforehand.
What is a security deposit and what is it for?
It is intended to cover any potential damages for which you may be responsible. The deposit amount varies between €350 and €1000, depending on the apartment.
The security deposit must be made before your arrival through your customer account, or at the time of key collection via a credit card pre-authorization (without an actual charge).
It will be cancelled no later than 10 days after your departure.
Is an inventory of fixtures drawn up for the apartment?
The apartment is prepared with the furniture, equipment and utensils required for the number of people indicated and is checked before your arrival. Upon arrival, you must check the condition of the property and report any issues within 24 hours. We will carry out an inspection following your departure.
In case of any damage, the repair or cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit, but only after providing the necessary documentation.
Please note that the amount of the deposit does not limit your liability in the event of damage.
Is there wifi access in the accommodation?
Some apartments have private Wi-Fi access, while other residences offer shared Wi-Fi. This information is specified in the description of each accommodation.
For apartments without Wi-Fi, we offer the rental of a 4G Wi-Fi box for €40 per week. This device allows 4G connection for up to 5 devices simultaneously.
Where can I park my car during my stay?
As La Tania is a pedestrian resort, you will not be able to park on the streets in the heart of the village.
For parking, a free outdoor parking lot, the Parking du Formier, is available at the bottom of the departmental road to La Tania, located 50m from Agence Saulire.
We also offer spaces in the covered parking lot "Les Folyères." For any requests, please contact us. Spaces are limited, so please remember to reserve before your stay.
How does the end of my stay work?
We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment before 10:00 AM on the day of your departure and return the keys to the agency.
The apartment must be left clean and tidy : dishes should be washed and put away, the refrigerator emptied and cleaned, trash taken out, blankets folded and stored, and floors cleaned.
If you have booked an end-of-stay cleaning service, we kindly ask that you only do the dishes, take out the trash, and strip the beds to make the housekeeping staff's job easier.
