For flats and chalets

 

Agency fees vary depending on the price of the property and the type of mandate chosen (exclusive, semi-exclusive, or simple).

Exclusive and semi-exclusive mandates

Under 170.000 €	5.42% before tax (i.e. 6.5% including VAT à 20%)
Greater than or equal to 170.000 €	4.17% exclusive of tax (i.e. 5% inclusive of tax with 20% VAT)

 

 

Single mandates

 

Selling price of the property	Amount of fees
Under 170.000 €	6.25% excl. tax (i.e. 7.5% incl. VAT à 20%)
Greater than or equal to 170,000 euros	5% excl. tax (i.e. 6% incl. à 20% VAT)

For land, a 2.5% surcharge (including tax) is applied to this scale.

No advertising fees will be charged to either the buyer or the seller.
